No color for now, not unlike the first trailer. (played-out-joke-heyoo!) Colored version to come later today. [UPDATE]: Color at last! More blue than I really realized going into this.

So hey, theres a Justice League movie now! It’s supposed to be just okay! Hooraaaaaaay!

I’m definitely gonna see it.

Make with the voting now, please. For JUSTICE!!!

[[UPDATE]]! Sorry the Hiatus is taking so much longer than expected, but how ’bout a nice Valentine’s Day voting incentive to get your blood pumping!? A new Comic will go up on Friday for Black Panther, and after that regular updates should start again. In the meantime, here’s two of your favorite characters in a moment of tender intimacy! Late by most of the day, but here’s a comic for everyone out there who loved or is going to love Thor: Ragnarok. I hear it’s good! (But does it have Stargate references??)

If you think THIS is good, please click the vote button! Or the donation button at the top, either way.

HAPPY TWO-YEAR BIRTHDAY, KONG TOWER!

Also, happy Cinco de Mayo. And happy Star Wars Day Yesterday. Also Free Comic Book Day tomorrow. Boy, this is a fun week!

That’s right, two years ago today I published the very first Kong Tower strips. And now we all get to watch Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2 which is supposed to be awesome and I’m paying homage to with the continued adventures of This Guy!

Vote for Kong Tower as a birthday gift!

Kong Tower #42: Life, the Universe, and References

I struggled with an idea for a space themed comic for #42 (reference 1 of many), and the idea for a Green Lantern based arc (reference 2) that I had planned for later, when I get around to making these in color, came to mind, but I couldn’t quite get my head around it until I heard the tragic news about David Bowie (reference 3). The end result was this pop-culture-reference laden, artistically expansive comic that I have to say I’m fairly happy with.

Major Tom will return, at a later time, with all the awesome fighting that’s about to happen having occurred off-screen.

[EDIT]: Nothing new for the 26th, I have work and school is starting up and I really need to at least try to build up a buffer.

Vote for Kong Tower, or I may just give up on this before that time comes! *does the dramatic back-of-hand-to-forehead-while-looking-away thing whatever that is*
