It’s a new day, and danger lurks around every corner. ‘Round here somewhere, you just know it. Frickin’ danger. Always lurkin’ like that. Creeper.

Peregrine can run fast in his apartment cause he buys high-traction flooring.

I just missed these guys’ faces honestly. Also I’d had this idea for a while and wanted to make it before we got too far into he ‘day’ and also the comic I had planned for today was pretty complicated and it got to be Monday afternoon and I hadn’t penciled it yet. This one was simpler.

Coincidentally, the colorized Kong Tower #11: Required Secondary Powers Required, in which these two both first had lines, is the current voting incentive. Click the banner and see how much shittier (if less repetitious) my art was back then!

You all get what song this is. I don’t need to explain the joke.

This is the first time I’ve flat out used characters from another property in this comic. Before it’s all been Expys and Ersatzszszszs. But here these two shit-faced demigods are.

I like how the line work on Doomsday up there turned out. I don’t usually draw figures big enough that I can really go all out with the brush pen.

Hope everybody enjoys X-Men: Apocalypse, AKA X-Men Babies III, AKA X-Men vs. A Blue Guy Dressed Like a Jaffa from Stargate SG1.

VOTE! AGAIN! CLICK IT! Kong Tower #10 is still up in color as an incentive. SO VOTE!

I’m honestly not sure if that would make you seem more crazy to professionals or less.

Also if it isn’t clear to everyone I will use whatever means I can to draw as few of the panels wholesale if I think I can get away with it. I drew two panels for this, plus a couple extra faces. Photoshop is my God.

I think Kong Tower #10: What Not to Say to Anime Fans should be up as an incentive in color by now. If I’m late, sorry, you can vote all week. CLICK THE BANNER.

Due to Finals coming up, Mother’s Day, and the Friday Strip from last week killing my buffer, I didn’t feel I had the time to finish the next comic in the actual plot, so instead here’s this, something that I knew I could finish in a couple hours. We’ll get back to things next week.

Hey! Kong Tower #8: The Super-Douche Saga is up IN COLOR as a voting incentive!

Oh my god I have been doing this for a whole year now. A year.

Three panels, and more characters drawn than any previous comic. Ugh.

FROM LEFT TO RIGHT!: Bronze Guy. Brown Recluse. Battle Engine. Arachne. The Prophecy. Yellow…Leopard I guess. Uh (looks up characters from M*A*S*H) Hot Lips, wait shit seriously, no, uh Sharp…Eagle. Bald Eagle (they did not coordinate). Tiny Man Quark. The Cold Warrior. Purple…Sorceress, sure why not. And Sergeant States!

Hope everyone enjoys Captain America out today! Hear it’s pretty good!

This is your final reminder that the colorized Kong Tower #7: Introducing, Super Douche! is up as a voting incentive!

Aww what a tender moment aaaaaand Witch trial flashback.

This is another one where I’m cramming the punchlines for what I originally conceived of as several comics into a single strip. It’s a bit wordy but I like the result. Though I really didn’t intend for Tim to look quite that manic in the first panel.

The backstory and motivations I’ve thought up for April are a bit more extensive than I have for most characters here, and I’m really looking forward to using her and exploring her in more of the story. If for no other reason that the opportunity to use thinly disguised sex-jokes.

What am I up to now? Ooh! Kong Tower #7: Introducing Super Douche! is now up in full color as an incentive on Top Web Comics! Vote to see!

Had fun drawing this many odd characters. I’ve been looking forward to this comic for a while and it’s nice to finally get here.

Please, please, PLEASE Vote for me. Please.

Man, I really like how that chiaroscuro stuff turned out. Gotta do that sort of thing more often.

I struggled with what to name the Robin to Monkey Man’s Batman. I considered another Journey to the West reference, but I didn’t think I could make it work. So I thought, Bats are to Monkeys as Robins are to What? Somewhat larger, jungle-dwelling, flightless: Kiwis! They’re adorable!

A vote for Kong Tower is a vote for adorable flightless birds who’s eggs are so big they squish their insides! And to #4 in color.
